The Niyamas are the personal observances that focus on self-discipline and your internal relationship with yourself.
They include Saucha, which is cleanliness or purity; Santosha for contentment; Tapas, representing self-discipline; Svadhyaya, which is self-study; and Ishvara Pranidhana, the practice of surrender.
If all the options are on the table I will likely pick the one I have gone the longest without but the first thing to come to mind is a good Sun A flow.
