It’s taco Thursday 🌮 so here’s a simple recipe I know you’ll love!

🌮Ground turkey tostadas🌮

You’ll need:
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 small Roma tomato
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 spring onion
- 2 tostadas
- Lean ground turkey
- 2 limes

Grate half of your onion and put in your turkey, and season to your liking. In the picture you’ll see the seasonings I used. Sauté until meat is fully cooked. While your meat is cooking slice up your avocado and your lettuce for your toppings.

*Pico de Gallo*:
Dice the other half of the onion, tomato and spring onion. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes and add salt and pepper to taste.

Now that everything is ready assemble on top of your 2 tostadas and enjoy!
