Our basil has taken over the garden so I decided to make homemade pesto for the first time! I used Jeanine Donofrio recipe and I am freezing it in batches to use for pizza nights or a future pasta salad. Do you have any favorite meals that use pesto?
Ever since I saw someone make this, I knew it was making it to my meal plan this week. So easy to just make for yourself or make a big beautiful platter of it for a summer BBQ. Comes together in minutes and is delicious!
Just cube up some watermelon, sprinkle feta on top, squeeze of lime juice, sprinkle of salt flakes, and spoon over with FLY BY JING chili crisp. That’s it. 💁🏻♀️
Sure I had weight loss surgery and I’ve been on a gl🫛-1 for over two years… but don’t get it twisted, I still worked my ass off to get to where I am. 😘
