✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨

Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To help keep appointments running smoothly and ensure fairness for everyone, please take a moment to review my booking policy.

🖤 Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not considered booked until the deposit has been received.

⏰ Please Be On Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled, as delays can affect the remainder of the day’s schedule.

🚫 No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged or paid before booking a new appointment.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require payment in full before future appointments can be booked.
