Some Before/Afters of one of our spaces upstairs we finally have completed!🥳 Lanie Awender with The Spa Next Door will be all moved in and ready to take appointments starting next week, March 14th! Head over to her page to book an appointment - she offers facials, waxing, lash lifts/tints & so much more! I’m excited to see what she’s done with the space and so happy to have her here!❤️

Deep tissue massages are a deep pressure therapy that targets the inner layers of muscles & connective tissue. By applying pressure deep into the muscles, it helps relieve stiff & tense muscles involved in chronic pain. Going beyond relaxation - deep tissue massages can address underlying causes of pain & tension while aiding in injury rehabilitation by breaking down adhesions & scar tissue. By doing this, we are also promoting quicker recovery from muscle strains by helping realign deeper muscle layers.

I always suggest people try cupping along with a deep tissue massage as it helps tremendously with breaking down the muscle layers.
