Pizza was a success. Coffee was a team effort. 🍕

I don’t remember September 11th. I was in second grade, I don’t have the vivid memories of that day that so many people do.

But I grew up in a world where it was hard to forget.

I grew up hearing the stories, seeing the names and learning about the people who went to work that morning and never came home. And as I’ve gotten older, knowing and caring about people who answer those same calls has made those stories mean a little more.

343 firefighters. Police officers, EMTs, and so many others who ran toward something no one could have been prepared for — and thousands of people who simply went about their normal morning and never made it home.

I may not remember that day, but I’ll never forget what it meant.

Clean blend. Clean lines. No overthinking it. ✂️

I remember the first time I saw you, the universe just told me we were meant to be together. The moment when you realized I saved you, I hope you know you saved me too. I could have never asked for a better bestie, a better sidekick. Because of you, I know what unconditional love feels like. I’ll miss you.

It’s funny looking back now.
