Blissful Balance

Thanks Amber!

??DID YOU KNOW??

Touch is the very first sense to develop in humans before birth.

Touch activates the parasympathetic nervous system, shifts the body out of "fight-or-flight" mode, and triggers measurable physiological and chemical changes. Just one of the many benefits of getting a massage.

Meet our newest team member Sierra!

Hi, everyone! I’m Sierra! 🤍 I’m a proud mommy to a beautiful, spunky 4 year old girl. Outside of being a mom, I’m a huge lover of all things beauty and creativity. I graduated from Indiana Wellness College as a licensed esthetician, and I’m also a certified permanent makeup artist; specializing in nano brows. I enjoy doing facials, waxing, and makeup (eyebrows are kinda my niche though). Other than that, I’m usually enjoying life with the people I love; my daughter and my boyfriend.
I’m super excited to meet everyone, make new connections, and grow with my new team! Sierra Ruddick

Happy Friday!
