I am not here because I have all the answers.
I am here because I refused to give up.
There was a season in my life where I felt completely lost. Tired. Running on empty. Giving everything to everyone else and quietly wondering if there was anything left for me.
I found my way back through yoga. Through breathwork. Through the daily practice of choosing myself first.
