This is not just another business event…

There are events… and then there are spaces that change your life, forever.

That’s why I’m so excited to be a part of Unleash Your Brave Live 2026 with Dedee Cai this September 10-12.

This isn’t another conference where you sit in a chair taking notes you’ll never use.

This is an identity ascension experience for women entrepreneurs who are ready to stop hiding, stop shrinking, and fully step into the power of who they were created to be.

For 3 transformational days, you’ll be immersed in conversations, mentorship, leadership, strategy, and sisterhood designed to help you:

•Be seen, heard, and remembered for your impact
•Build a profitable business without abandoning yourself
•Expand your confidence, visibility, and leadership

Connect with powerful women who believe in collaboration over competition.

We’re on a mission to revolutionize the marketplace and show women that success doesn’t have to come through burnout, isolation, or pretending to be someone you’re not.

Invitation in comments below. ⬇️ See you there! 🩷

The longest days of the year are here, and The Lucky Gut is ready for them.

This Saturday is the Wild & Abundant Summer Market. Local vendors, live music from Ginger Bug, fresh strawberry shortcake, free children’s activities sponsored by The Children’s Clubhouse, and 10% off the LGC bar and market from 10am to 4pm. And at 3:30, come into the kitchen with your kids and build dad’s Father’s Day breakfast together: Overnight berry bake and mango chia pudding, assembled in class and ready to serve Sunday morning. Co-founder Michelle Mullin leads the way. 💚

Tuesday brings Outdoor Yoga on the patio. Thursday, Somatic Release. Saturday, Women’s Self-Defense.

And then something new begins. On June 27th, Dionne Nicholls-Germain brings her Conquering Unforgiveness series to Lucky Gut for the first time. This isn’t (just) a self-help class. It’s an incredible 5-part journey into what your body has been holding and what becomes possible when you let it GO. Join one session or the full series.

The following Sunday, Live Harp and Movement with Grace Cloutier and Elise Cusimano. In person, listen only, or stream from home.

This is the season of connection and the simple joy of abundance. luckygut.co/classes

🌍 World Environment Day

When our inner climate is healthy, our environment will also be healthy. Let us remember to forgive our past actions that may have harmed the environment and choose to do better today.

We should not say, "We found the world already damaged, so what difference will our efforts make?" Such thinking prevents growth and healing. By caring for the environment, we show that we have learned from the past and are ready to move forward.

This World Environment Day, let us forgive the past, embrace responsibility, and work together to create a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for all.

"Heal within, protect without." 🌱💚

"Hate has caused many wounds in our world, but it has never been the solution."

As Maya Angelou reminded us, *"Hate. It has caused a lot of problems in this world, but it has not solved one yet."*

Every day, we have a choice: to spread negativity or to spread understanding, forgiveness, and kindness. The future we want to see begins with how we treat one another today.

Choose compassion over conflict.
Choose forgiveness over resentment.
Choose love over hate.

Together, we can build stronger communities and a more peaceful world.

Happy World Bicycle Day!

Ride forward. Forgive freely.

Just as a bicycle keeps moving when we pedal, forgiveness helps us move forward in life.

Happy Tuesday!

Here's what Marilyn Monroe has to say about forgiveness:

“I don't forgive people because I'm weak, I forgive them because I am strong enough to know people make mistakes.”

Forgiveness is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of strength, maturity, and the courage to move forward despite hurt and disappointment.

What surprised me most about being featured in Saroca’s Coaching Spotlight wasn’t seeing my name.

It wasn’t the photo.

It wasn’t even the 94 NPS score. (Which honestly blew me away a little. Anything over 50 is considered excellent, and many world-class brands like Apple sit in the 68–72 range.)

What stood out to me most was the reminder that the work leaders need most right now is deeply human work.

Turning self-criticism into self-compassion.

Turning high performance into something sustainable.

Dismantling the invisible structures holding people back.

After years of coaching leaders around the world, I’ve realized that leadership challenges are rarely just leadership problems.

They’re often burnout problems.

Trust problems.

Inner critic problems.

Psychological safety problems.

Self-worth problems.

And when leaders learn to lead themselves differently, everything else begins to shift.

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Saroca team for the spotlight and for the opportunity to support leaders across multiple cohorts over the years.

The work continues. 💛

If you’d like to check out the full spotlight, I’ll drop the link here and in the comments.

FORGIVENESS IS FREEDOM

"To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you." Lewis B. Smedes

Holding onto anger, resentment, and past hurts often harms us more than the people who wronged us. Forgiveness does not mean forgetting or approving what happened. It means choosing peace over bitterness and freeing yourself to move forward.

Today, challenge yourself to let go of something that has been weighing you down. Your peace is worth it.
