Families in our community who are experiencing financial hardship—or caring for loved ones who attend multiple medical appointments—deserve dependable support.
Balati EMS created our Low-Income Family Medical Es**rt rate to make it easier for families to get their loved ones to appointments without navigating the process alone.
Choose the payment option that works best for your family:
🧡 Package Option: $1,000 for the first 6 rides, followed by $200 per additional ride
💙 Pay-As-You-Go Option: $275 per es**rt ride from the start
Every es**rt includes a dedicated EMT or paramedic who can assist with check-in, remain with your loved one during the appointment, provide transportation when needed, and es**rt them safely back home.
A Medical Security Officer accompanies our medical provider as a support partner—not because we anticipate a safety issue, but to offer an extra set of hands whenever needed.
This is a cash-based, self-pay service. Cash or credit cards are accepted. Es**rt charges apply whether transportation is ultimately needed or not.
