I’m so excited to be joining the faculty of Breathwork Certification Teacher Training for their upcoming Breathwork Practitioner Training beginning September 15.

I’ll be teaching The Science of Sound —exploring the fascinating relationship between sound, breath, brainwave activity, and the nervous system, and how these systems are constantly influencing one another.

Sound is not simply something we hear. Breath is not simply something we do.

Both  influence our internal state shifting attention, regulation, awareness, and our experience within the body. In my class, we’ll explore the science behind these connections and how understanding sound can deepen the way you experience and facilitate breathwork.

This September training is also HBA’s final live cohort in this format, which means it’s the last opportunity to move through the full certification live with Bianca and the faculty in real time.

We begin September 15.

My “anti hot girl summer”. Summer as Mama Nature’s hall pass to slow down 💆🏽‍♀️

I took a month off social media to quiet all the noise and turn up the volume of my own voice.

It’s given me the space, to soak in the richness of life…Not wishing to be further ahead (like my double Virgo loves to be) but actually relishing in everything I’ve done + unwinding the discomfort of slowing down over the past 6 months.

The MidYear reset my soul needed to clear out the mental clutter to veg and nourish my relationships that feel like home.

Regardless which season you’re in, I feel like life is all about honoring where you’re at and what FEELS true to you ✨🪐

🐚 I’ve been hiding in my crab shell since by bday. From the start of Cancer Szn to swimming in Mercury’s Retrograde, I decided to stop trying to run through water and instead grab a floaty and see where the water wanted to take me.

🛟During the past few weeks I heard of SO many people feeling the same OR a sudden injury/ accident/ random thing stopped them. Thats the point of these transits, to slow us down enough to really reflect and spend time with our intuition
