The Book That Could Change How You See Divorce! — lisa silvera 07/22/2026

The New York Times did a piece on 8 books that could change how you see divorce and is it an exceptional resource I am thrilled to share. One recommendation that stood out to me was Dr. Alexandra Solomon’s 'Loving Bravely". The book explores “relational self-awareness, or the ability to recognize the patterns, expectations, and emotional reactions we bring into our relationships." Co-Parenting vs. Parallel Parenting: Which Strategy Do You Need? — lisa silvera When a marriage ends, there is intense pressure on both parents to "co-parent successfully."
