This week our cadets had an exciting Wednesday learning about police K9s from Sgt. Brangi and K9 Kip from the Wallingford PD! 🚔🐕 K9 Kip is trained in narcotics detection, evidence recovery, and tracking, and has worked in the field since 2024.

A huge thank you to for taking the time to come down and teach our cadets, they had a blast!

This past weekend our cadets along with the Cheshire Police Department teamed up with the Cheshire Fire Department to host a toy drive at Marshall’s. Cheshire came out and showed their Christmas spirit, gifting 18 trash bags full of toys to be distributed to Yale New Haven Hospital, Connecticut’s domestic violence shelters, along with a few others. Our cadets had a blast and were even joined by Santa on a ladder truck! We want to give a big shoutout to all of those who donated. We can’t wait to see you all again next year!
