Self reflection week 🐍🖤🤍

It’s detachment week.

Let’s focus on taking a step back from reality and tapping into our true nature ; oneness w self. Meditate more, catch up on sleep, drink water/eat right, take care of yourself, and most importantly show gratitude and remain graceful. No ego included. Enough projecting on others, instead self reflect. Ex: (What is this saying for me?)

Stay away from conflict, let’s avoid any disturbances. We’re withdrawing from these unwanted experiences by simply detaching.

But also connecting to what is true and authentic to you. To rekindle balance and flow.

ROOT LOVE

Today I’m root loving, inner child loving, acceptance !
These poses which will perform its own song and healing from its mother root chakra. We are returning to what gives us drive and inner support. Root chakra poses are very much like yoni poses.

Those who are knowledgeable in chakras sometimes view the Root Chakra as something to despise when in reality it’s something to heal and to nurture. I use to believe that I was above it when in actuality it’s my equal. That is to remind me that I am me, I am love, I am grounded. It fosters creation and generations that is infinite and never dies. Without it I am nothing.

You are an electromagnetic being, make your next move your best move.
