a facial appointment is so much more then just transactional for me, it’s about connecting with my clients on a higher level, be apart of their self-love self-care journey/routine
we talked about how some nights/days are just so busy & by bedtime she just wants to go to sleep and not think about skincare — my best advice for busy days is do it before anything else right when you get home give yourself 20 mins to really do it then by bedtime one last thing you have to worry about
prioritizing yourself doesn’t make you a bad mom or bad wife or that you’re selfish if anything it shows courage and bravely, you’re a woman before you became a mom/wife & you should also have a life outside of motherhood
planning ahead on something to look forward to is the best investment on yourself, one hour and 20 mins to yourself phone off not worry about anything, a place to be still and present, but also connect and care for your skin ✨

google has restricted all of my hard earned reviews because they assumed it was fake engagement or I paid clients incentives to leave them and it’s against their fake engagement rule, i’ve been in business since 2019 and this is the first time it has happened— I didn’t pay anyone for those reviews they were left from real client experiences and my client that left them can vouch for me —anyways they’re restricting it for two months which sucks a lot as a small business because a lot of new clients find me through google or word of mouth (this stressed me out)

A day in Dallas for continued education 🤍
Today I had the opportunity to learn more about innovation in skincare and treatment protocols, and I left with so much to take back into the treatment room.
One of the things that caught my attention: Lira Clinical’s PDRN technology and the innovation behind their newest skincare offerings.
I love being able to step away from the treatment room, learn something new, and come back with a deeper understanding of what I’m offering my clients.
