Dear God, in this world there are so many people, organizations and corporations the enemy is trying to use to speak against You and who You really are. But I know the truth and I know that no other word, apart from Yours, will last for ages to come. Father, may I also be a vessel used to speak of Your goodness and Your everlasting love and mercy. May I be able to minister to men and women and tell them of this great salvation, an expression of Your deep love for Man. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
Jesus Christ is referred to as the Word of God. He has been with God since the beginning of time. When Jesus came to earth, He dwelt with man in the form of a man. When He ministered and performed many miracles, many men and women got to witness the glory that resided in Him. Now, as children of God, we have a better understanding of Christ and fuller knowledge of the glory He possesses.
In this verse, we are assured that all who have died, who were believers of Christ, will also be resurrected on the day of Christ's return. Paul refers to believers who have passed on as those who are "sleeping" which implies that their state is temporary; they will be woken up at a later time. We can take comfort in these words whenever we lose a fellow brother or sister in Christ, knowing that there will be a day where we will all be reunited.

We are called to worship God the Father in heaven, and through His Son Jesus Christ, our prayers are heard. (John 14:13-14, 1 Timothy 2:5)
However, as adults, we often struggle to worship God sincerely. As we grow older, we commit sins and get occupied with worldly concerns that hinder our ability to worship God fully and sincerely. (Matthew 13:22, 1 John 2:15-17)
But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Mark 10:14, Luke 18:16)
Why? Children have pure hearts because they are still innocent. (Matthew 18:3-4)
• Their hearts are pure because they haven't yet developed worldly desires and sinful patterns. (Matthew 5:8, 1 Peter 2:2)
• They belong to the kingdom of God because of their childlike faith, humility, and trust. (Mark 10:15, Luke 18:17)
I admire this little child's heart for worship and praise since the first day I met her at church.
Dear ABBA Father,
Bless her heart as You said, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God." (Matthew 5:8)
Guide her as she grows older, direct her path according to Your will, as Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you."
Protect her from evil that would seek to sn**ch her identity in Your kingdom. As You said, "The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom." (2 Timothy 4:18)
In Jesus' name, Amen.

In Hosea's day, when Israel had gone after other gods, he cried out to them that it was time to repent and seek the LORD. And truly, it is always time to seek Him, for "today is the day of salvation. " There is no special time when men must come to God, but anytime that a person truly repents and believes. But those who delay and assume they will come tomorrow or later in life, risk their eternity.
