I had the honor of coaching for two straight seasons the FBS FC U10 and U13 teams.

More than victories and titles, we conquered and learned things to practice in life.

The process between losses and wins is one of those things that I gave my best to teach each one of them.

Yes, It's very nice to win, but more important than that is to know how to lose, to have discipline, respect, union, courage, and determination.
These are the principles that are going to make a real difference in their lives.

Coaching is much more than getting good results in the field, and I'll always carry this with me, wherever I go. 🙌⚽️

There is a thing that I've always prioritized in my job: the highest QUALITY standard to all clients.

The quality of work, the quality of the exercises, the quality of client services, the highest quality that I can give in everything I do.

I put all my efforts to improve the quality every single day, to give you guys the best possible results.

I guess that most of you don’t know the story of my life... So there we go:

My name is Jader Moreira, I am 41 years old and I currently live in the city of North Miami Beach, Florida.
I was born in Brazil in 1979 in the city of Sao Paulo and I came to live in Miami in October 2015.

Like most Brazilians, I was always passionate about soccer and my first toy was a soccer ball. I spent most of the time playing with the ball and from the age of 9, I started to play in a small school in the city hall and in an amateur team in the neighborhood.
At 10 years old I joined a high-performance team in my city called Gremio Recreativo Barueriense, where from 11 to 20 years old I played Futsal and Soccer. From 20 years of age to 26, I played soccer professionally. ⚽️🇧🇷

In 2006 at the age of 26, I ended my professional career and joined the University, wherein 2010 I graduated in Physical Education. 👨‍🎓
In this new phase, I started working at gyms, sports schools, and Personal Training. 💪

Between 2012 and 2015 I went back to work at the club where I played for 8 years, to manage the Training and High-Performance Department, working together with the Medical Department as the Physical Trainer responsible for the transition of injured athletes. 🔝

In Miami, Florida I have been working for 3 years as a Personal training and soccer coach. Seeing the need for proper and healthful training in my area, I created the JM ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE. As you can imagine, JM are the initials of my name: Jader Moreira. 🇺🇸

JM ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE was developed with the objective of offering personalized training and to serve our customers with the highest quality of exercises.

We develop training for weight loss, performance, and rehabilitation due to muscle injuries or postoperative!
Personal soccer class offers specific programs for high-performance development and classes to enhance the physical, technical, and cognitive learning of students from 4 to 14 years old.🔥
