So many people have experienced some type of trauma–and many want massage!

Many of our clients deal with trauma, from accidents, illness, injuries, loss of friends and loved ones, job loss, the list can seem endless. Working safely and effectively can be daunting for therapists. Dr. Elena Stoeva offers powerful strategies for helping your clients heal from the inside out and helping your clients work with you during therapy. This class, InBodyWeTrust: Supporting the ANS and Healing Trauma through Touch and Movement, is a must for those working with traumas, including their own. Class space is limited.

Spotlight on Elena Stoeva: Dr. Elena Stoeva earned her medical degree from Varna Medical University "Professor Paraskev Stoyanov" and is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Over the past 25 years, she has integrated her PM&R expertise with training in CranioSacral Therapy (through the Upledger Institute) and Visceral Manipulation (through the Barral Institute), as well as Yoga, and Trauma-informed approaches to health, herbal medicine, and other natural therapies.
