My oven decided it was done with me 😅 so I got a new one… and y’all, the OVEN DOOR. 😂

It’s so ridiculously clear that I can actually WATCH my cookies bake without opening the door every 5 seconds. 😂🍪

And for the first bake? Sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies because we are NOT wasting that discard around here! 🤎

Also, a little sourdough reminder: discard isn’t “bad” or something that needs to be thrown away. You discard some when feeding your starter mainly to make room in your jar. You want enough space for your starter to rise/double without overflowing. ♻️🍞

So instead of tossing it, BAKE WITH IT! Cookies, pancakes, crackers, muffins… there are so many ways to use it. 😍

Now excuse me while I stare through my ✨crystal-clear oven door✨ and watch these cookies do their thing. 😂🍪

They were literally rolling around like a tumbleweed, and I SWEAR one had the other by the beak the whole time?! 🐦😭

Then I zoomed in and BOTH OF THEM flew straight toward me!! 😭💀

I genuinely thought they were about to come through my car window!

I was invested in the drama until suddenly I became part of the drama 😂😂

Have you guys seen these COOL UV ice cubes?! 🧊💜 They dropped with the purchase of a medium or large drink, and of course… we HAD to try to snag them! 😂

The first Dutch Bros we went to was already SOLD OUT 😭 but we got lucky at the next stand! 🙌🏼 Two of us got RED ❤️ and one got BLUE 💙!

Apparently there are THREE colors to collect 👀✨
