This client has a lot of back issues and loves stretching incorporated into her massage. We’re always trying different things to find what helps her most, and I like to change it up.

Sometimes that means keeping a few notes nearby so I get the positioning and details of a stretch just right. She’s pretty used to coming in and seeing sticky notes on the walls!

Customization goes beyond choosing the pressure or turning the table warmer on. Sometimes it’s researching a technique, making notes and adjusting as we learn what feels best for your body.
