You asked and we are delivering. The question that was asked?
“What are your Fab 5 and which one would work for me?”
Tune in this week and we will explain each of our Fab 5!
DAY 2: BARRIER RESCUE — AKA THE “MY SKIN IS FREAKING OUT” FACIAL
Does your skin ever seem angry for absolutely no reason? Redness. Tightness. Dry patches. Stinging. Sensitivity. Products that suddenly bother you when they never did before.
Your skin may not need more exfoliation or more aggressive treatments. It may be telling you that its protective barrier needs some love.
Enter Barrier Rescue.
This restorative facial is all about calming, soothing, hydrating and helping support a compromised skin barrier. Instead of pushing sensitive skin harder, we focus on bringing it back to a happier, more comfortable place.
💭 Ask yourself:
Does my face feel tight after cleansing? Does my skin get red easily? Have products started burning or stinging? Am I flaky AND oily? Have I overdone acids, retinol or exfoliation?
If your skin is basically saying “PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE”… come see us instead.
✔️Helps calm visible redness
✔️Supports the skin barrier
✔️Restores hydration
✔️Soothes irritation and discomfort
Sometimes beautiful skin doesn't need more — it needs recovery.
Tomorrow: Fab 5 Facial #3 — we're going after those clogged pores!
There are a variety of treatments available to help relieve different skin concerns. At Embrace Beauty we'll design a facial experience, and if needed, a longer-term treatment plan tailored especially to your skin needs. ✨

Hairstyles and haircutting is sculpture! So much fun, and so beautiful! 🖤
Black hair is art!
Atlanta-based CreativeSoul created its Afro Art series to challenge negative perceptions of natural hair and celebrate the beauty of Black girls.
The portraits feature girls from across the country in elaborate styling, with their hair treated as the centerpiece of each image.

Sometimes I wish people could see what it really means to be a hairstylist.
Because in one week, we can experience an entire lifetime with our clients.
This week, I grieved alongside a widow.
I comforted a friend battling cancer. Tomorrow, I have to say goodbye to a client who has trusted me with her hair, her stories, and pieces of her life for 2 years. (She’s moving!)
And somewhere in between all of that, there were laughs, celebrations, exciting news, hard days, new beginnings, and everything in between.
We are often the first to know.
The pregnancy.
The heartbreak.
The loss.
The promotion.
The divorce.
The new relationship.
The diagnosis.
The engagement.
The things they haven’t told anyone else yet.
We sit across from our clients and listen. We celebrate with them. We cry with them. We hold space for them. Sometimes we know what is happening in their lives before their friends and family do.
And the truth is, we see some of our clients more often than we see the people in our own families.
So when someone looks at what we do and thinks, “It’s just hair,” I understand why they might see it that way.
But I don’t.
I know that sometimes we’re not just doing hair.
We’re a safe place.
We’re a shoulder to cry on.
We’re a sounding board.
We’re a cheerleader.
We’re a friend.
We’re a constant in someone’s life through seasons of change.
And somewhere along the way, our clients become family.
I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Not for one second.
To every person who has sat in my chair, trusted me with your hair, your stories, your tears, your celebrations, and the parts of your life that aren’t always easy to talk about—
Thank you.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for letting me grow alongside you.
I hope you know just how grateful I am.
Because being your hairstylist has never been just a job to me.
It’s a privilege. 🖤
