Texas Twelve

Caden Miller could have a breakout season in 2027 👀

The UTSA junior is particularly difficult to beat when pitchers challenge him in the strike zone.

He connected on nearly 89% of his swings in 2026.

⚾️ THE TEXAS TWELVE PRO PLAYERS OF THE YEAR ⚾️

This year, we’re recognizing four former Texas Twelve players who made their mark at each level of the game:

💥 MLB | Logan Henderson
The former Twelve standout continued his rise with the Milwaukee Brewers, going 11-3 with a 2.47 ERA, 110 strikeouts and a 0.84 WHIP in 2026.

💥 Triple-A | Derek Berg
Berg reached Triple-A with the Indianapolis Indians in 2026 and launched his first Triple-A home run — a 432-foot go-ahead blast.

💥 Double-A | Kendall George
The Dodgers prospect and 2023 1st rounder put together a .329 AVG with 36 SB and a .419 OBP, including a four-hit game and walk-off hit for Tulsa.

💥 Single-A | Braylon Payne
The 2024 1st rounder was a 2026 Midwest League Postseason All-Star who hit .277 with 28 HR, 67 RBI and 25 SB, including a Wisconsin Timber Rattlers single-season home run record.

Four pros. Four levels. One common denominator - The Twelve.

College Check In ‼️

📍Fayetteville | Arkansas Razorbacks Baseball
⚾️ Nolan Traeger | Catcher
📚 Sports Management Major

We asked Nolan to share a glimpse into his day as a baseball player at the University of Arkansas! Here’s a breakdown and his best piece of advice:

- Breakfast at the Jones at 7 a.m.
- First class of the day at 8 a.m.
- Lift and Practice at 12 p.m.
- Post practice swings and golf

“My best piece of advice is to find your routine and stick to it everyday. Being as consistent with your work and nutrition is the best way to navigate being a student athlete.”
