Most of you didn't know that I had an eating disorder senior year of Highschool, into college. I played several sports, always stayed in shape. I struggled with this again in 2011-2012, I struggled with it in 2015. Most of you don't know me like you think.

I'm tall...big boned...and weigh more than you can imagin. In times of distress more times than I'll name within past 25 years these symptoms come back...I get depressed and I struggle with myself. A lot runs through my mind. I'm a 43 yr you old mom of three and 4 step children since 2015 now….and these past few years I was the heaviest I've ever been. I was pushing 265. I always weighed around 190-200 lbs.
I eat when I'm happy.
I eat when I'm content, when I'm comfortable....when I have no worries. With an eating disorder it's the opposite. You starve yourself because your mind tells you somethings wrong...and to make it better and feel OK your appetite disapates. The thought of eating literally makes you sick. It’s Never intentional.

When I'm going thru this, I don't sleep....I don't eat...I'm nauteous....I often feel light headed and liquid acid comes up. It's not fun. I will say, not eatting tells you a lot about the food you eat. I have a lot of aches and pains that subsided when I didn’t eat. I didn’t hurt, never had a headache. For anyone that's been in this boat you know what it feels like to fight something like this. It’s never fun. Something just clicks in your brain, and you’re back to normal.
