Thank you for choosing me to be your stylist. I’m committed to providing a professional, safe, and relaxing experience for every client. Please review my policies before your appointment.

Appointments

* All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
* A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
* Appointment confirmations are sent as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments.

Deposits

* Deposits are non-refundable will be applied to your service if you keep your scheduled appointment.
* Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours notice is provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
* Repeated cancellations or rescheduling will result in no longer being able to receive services

Late Arrivals

* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late appointment will be cancelled. Unless discussed otherwise.

No-Show Policy

* Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
* Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

Children & Guests

* For safety and to ensure a relaxing environment, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
* Children must be supervised at all times.

Health & Safety

* Please inform me of any allergies, scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns before your service.
* I reserve the right to decline services if they may pose a health or safety risk.

Hair & Beauty Service Expectations

* Please don’t come with head lice
* Chemical services may require a consultation and strand test.
* Results vary depending on your hair’s condition, previous chemical treatments, and home care routine.
* Proper aftercare is essential to maintain your results.
* Consultations are required for any appointments being scheduled (via phone or in person)

Payments

* Payment is due at the beginning of service.
* Prices may vary depending on additional time required.

Refund Policy

* I do not offer refunds on completed services.
* If you are dissatisfied with your service, please tell me at time of service. I’ll evaluate your concerns appropriately & I’ll make complimentary adjustments.
