To Live A Colorful Life
“Sometimes all you need is a little splash of color in your life.”

Adornment has always been more than decoration.
Long before trends came and went, women adorned themselves with pieces that reflected who they were, where they came from, what they carried, and what they dreamed of becoming. Jewelry wasn’t meant to disappear into an outfit—it was meant to become part of the story.
To adorn yourself is to be intentional. To choose beauty without asking for permission. To embrace color, texture, and craftsmanship in a way that feels undeniably you.
These are the pieces you remember. The ones strangers stop to ask about. The ones that become part of your signature.
Because some things aren’t made to blend in.
They’re Made to Be Worn. Made to Be Seen.

Maybe we aren’t meant to blend in.
Maybe we’re meant to wear the stories our ancestors whispered to the wind. To adorn ourselves with symbols of abundance, protection, beauty, and becoming. To remember that before trends, there was tradition. Before fashion, there was intention.
I believe every piece finds its person when the time is right. You don’t choose it—it recognizes something in you first.
Wear what makes you feel rooted. Wear what reminds you who you are. Wear what feels like home, even when you’re miles away from it.
Cowrie shells have long been treasured throughout many African cultures as symbols of abundance, femininity, prosperity, and spiritual connection. They carry a history that stretches far beyond adornment, making every piece a quiet reminder that what we wear can also carry meaning.
The rest will speak for itself. 🤍

There are pieces you wear because they match an outfit…
And then there are pieces you wear because they mean something.
This month, we introduced a new style of handcrafted bracelets from Ghana—bold, timeless, and made to be worn with intention.
The Ankh reminds us to embrace life.
Sankofa teaches us to honor the past as we move forward.
The Black Power Fist stands as a symbol of strength, resilience, and unity.
Traditional African masks remind us of identity, heritage, and the wisdom of those who came before us.
Whether you’re drawn to the colors, the craftsmanship, or the story behind each symbol, my hope is that you find a piece that speaks to your spirit.
Life becomes a little more beautiful when we surround ourselves with things that carry meaning.
Because sometimes all you need is a little splash of color in your life. 🤎

As Juneteenth month comes to an end, I just wanted to share a little story behind one of my favorite pieces I’ve ever created. ❤️🖤💚
When I designed the Black Power Ring last year, I was honestly nervous.
Not because I didn’t believe in the message, but because I didn’t know how people would receive it. I didn’t want to offend anyone or create something that didn’t honor the culture the way I intended. I kept asking myself, “Will people understand where I’m coming from?”
The inspiration came from one of my favorite films, Do the Right Thing, and Radio Raheem’s iconic LOVE and HATE rings. I wanted to create something that celebrated pride, strength, and conversation while paying homage to a piece of Black culture that has always inspired me.
Fast forward one year later… what started as one ring has grown into a collection. We now have the Black Power Ring, matching necklace, and cuffs (or bracelets, depending on what you call them 😊).
Seeing so many of you wear these pieces with pride has meant more than I can put into words. Thank you for trusting my vision, supporting my small business, and allowing me to create pieces that celebrate who we are.
As we wrap up Juneteenth month, my heart is simply full of gratitude. Thank you for every purchase, every share, every kind word, and every person who has helped make this design one of my all-time favorites.
