So many of us believe that fatigue, reoccurring chronic injuries, weight gain/loss, and diminishing strength or performance are merely symptoms of problems that must be lived with. These systems are actually caused by a combination of poor exercise selection, ineffective mechanics in movement, and lack of technical application in strength and conditioning? We believe - ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE - for every type of person. You need not be a professional athlete to realize the benefits of weight lifting.
