✔️ Practice separation and saying goodbye and create a consistent drop-off routine. The same steps each day builds predictability and comfort. Short drop-offs often make transitions easier.

✔️ Prepare the night before to keep your mornings calm and simple. Less rushing means less stress for everyone.
