I decided I wanted to create a mens grooming brand with superior products to what was currently offered.
I wasn’t a chemist or a barber. I was just a person with a dream, a belief, and a goal.
Along with a chemist I created the best products, I believe that are far superior, in the market place that actually work with a purpose.
Without any prior experience in this industry, I learned everything from the ground up. I figured out how and where to get packaging. How to formulate products. What natural ingredients actually work and what purpose they serve to make the absolute best products. I created a scent that I would want my man to smell like. I bootstrapped my first production run of pomade. Hand mailed each order. Saved enough money to create and produce 5 products in order to go to Cosmoprof, the largest trade show for beauty products. I gained some recognition, amazing partners and met some great people along the way.

All through this I was always hesitant to truly step in front of the amazing brand I created because I wasn’t a man using the products nor was I a barber. Regardless of the fact I literally put blood, sweat, and tears into building this brand .. I had imposter syndrome, yes that is a real thing! I didn’t think I could sell the products or the brand even though this was my brain child and my baby. This was always a struggle for me. I was scared to put myself out there even though I created HUE from a vision and thought in my head.

I may not be a barber, a chemist, nor a man but I am the creator of this brand. I believe these products are some of the best on the market for diverse hair and skin types. I stand behind my products 100%. I worked for hard with a chemist and barbers to develop products with a purpose and I’m extremely proud of the HUE for Every Man!
