Today I went back to the treatment roomβ£

I am so happy β¨β¨β¨β¨β£

The last two years I have held my breath, pushed a smile, and made s*** happen. β£

Today felt different, today I walked in with a newfound freedom and lightness. β£
β£
I walked into the shop, with an excitement to enjoy the time with my clients.β£
I did not wake up stressed about money or with mom guilt for βhavingβ to work all the time. β£
β£
Being in the treatment room has always brought me a sense of grounding, but today was different. β£
β£
Today I felt calm and grounded walking in, instead of hoping the room would calm me, I was already at peace. β£

I love the women in my life

Life is good todayβ£
