Next-Level Drop - Triglp
All things TriGL🅿️ - The viral drops everyone is talking about!
One of the biggest misconceptions about direct sales??
That you have to have ALL this extra time!
I’m a full-time nurse, a mom, an MS warrior, and life is BUSY!
But that’s what I love about what I’m building. It fits into MY life, not the other way around.
Some days I have more time than others. And that’s OK!
It’s not about having all the time in the world. It’s about doing something with the time you DO have. 🩷
I’M BACK!!! 💪🧡
Three months away from CrossFit while adjusting to a new job and schedule. And today reminded me just how much I’ve MISSED it!
I absolutely LOVE my job, but CrossFit has been part of my life for years, and the mental and physical boost I got today was EVERYTHING!
My GLP drops and drink are part of my daily wellness routine, but movement, strength, and doing what I can with the body I’ve been given are just as important.
21 years living with MS has taught me to never take these moments for granted.
Today wasn’t about lifting heavier or doing more.
It was about showing up for MYSELF.
And let me tell you, it felt AMAZING!! 🧡
Almost 11 months in… time for a little PROGRESS REPORT! 🩷
The pictures tell part of the story, but honestly, the biggest changes aren’t necessarily the ones you can see.
Living with MS for 21 years, I know what it’s like to struggle with fatigue, brain fog, and a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
So when I tell you how much I appreciate having motivating energy that lasts all day, clearer thinking, better focus, and significantly less brain fog… I MEAN IT!
And the other unexpected bonuses I’ve noticed along the way?
🙌 Changes in my body composition
⚖️ Losing fat and inches
💪 Maintaining and building muscle
💇♀️ Thicker, healthier-looking hair
🥳 Feeling healthier and more confident
And yes, the scale has finally started moving again too! 😉
At 55, I’m not trying to turn back the clock. I’m trying to make the MOST of the years ahead of me.
The physical changes are wonderful, but how I FEEL?
THAT is my favorite progress report! 🧡
They say money can’t buy happiness, but it sure can help make some pretty amazing memories! 🥳❤️
Our annual Mom & Sisters trip is coming up at the end of the month, and I can’t wait!
And it got me thinking… what could an extra $500 a month mean for someone?
For me, having another income stream is about more than money. It’s about more opportunities, more adventures, and more memories with the people I love.
Because those moments? PRICELESS! 🧡
So I’m curious… what would an extra $500 a month change for YOU?
REAL LIFE. 🧡🍁
55 years young. 21 years living with MS. 33 years as a nurse.
Life certainly hasn’t gone exactly as I imagined. Some days are harder than others, and some things don’t come as easily as they once did.
But I’m still dreaming, still growing, still setting goals, and finding joy in the little things.
And these beautiful fall colors are a reminder that even change can be beautiful. 🍁🍂
Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be pretty amazing. 🧡
168.8!!! 😳🩷
A number I haven’t seen on the scale in probably 4 or 5 YEARS!
My weight loss journey has been anything but a straight line.
I started at 181.4, and for months I bounced up and down within the same 5–10 pounds.
Between 21 years of MS, less physical activity than I used to have, and menopause, I was actually thrilled just to be maintaining!
And honestly? Weight loss was never my biggest focus. How I FEEL has always mattered more.
But since adding my pink drink to my drops, I’ve noticed even less food noise, a smaller appetite, and now the scale is moving again!
And today? 168.8! 🎉
I’m celebrating every bit of progress, especially the unexpected wins!
Because at 55, I’m definitely not done surprising myself! 🩷
I definitely had opinions about MLM. 😆
Then I found something that actually fit ME… the products, the people, the simplicity and the opportunity.
Never say never. 😉🩷
Fall will forever be my favorite. 🍁🍂
The colors. The crisp air. Hoodies. Everything about it just makes me happy.
There’s just something about this season. 🧡🤎
I used to think feeling tired, foggy, inflamed and just “off” was something I had to accept.
Then I started learning more about metabolic pathways and how much they can impact the way we FEEL every single day.
Energy. Focus. Appetite. Inflammation. Gut health. Body composition. 🧠
For me, this journey was never just about the scale. It was about supporting my body differently and finally feeling a difference.
Almost 11 months later, THAT is why I keep talking about it. 🩷💧
Curious what metabolic pathways have to do with all of this? Message me.
It’s funny to think this “side hustle” really started because I found something that made me feel GOOD. 🩷
More energy. Better focus. Less brain fog. And for someone who has lived with MS for 21 years, those things mean more to me than I can explain. 🧡💪
I started sharing because I wanted other people to experience that too.
But somewhere along the way, it became so much more.
The friendships. The fun. The travel. The personal growth. The extra income. And getting to help other people feel better while building something of my own.
At 55, I definitely didn’t expect a side hustle to become this much FUN. 😂
And the best part?
I feel like I’m just getting started. 🩷
