I’ll be off until Tuesday, phone on DND at an unknown location in northern Michigan(my honey booboo is surprising me…and no I don’t actually call him that 😅) and I am so excited
I have to be honest, I plan wellness and relaxation events so you have a moment to disconnect from the chaos but I don’t always take those moments for myself, at least not in the way that allows for the deep rest
And for the first time in a looonnnng time I’m not traveling AND working…no daily to do list or tasks I have to complete
No waking up and working
For the first time I don’t feel like I HAVE to accomplish something for work everyday
I can actually rest
I feel at peace and in a great headspace to put my laptop down, to be in the moment
Is this what it feels like to NOT live in survival mode? 🤯(realizing this as I type this)
I get to just be and not do do do
Trusting that it will all work out
This feels really amazing friends 🤍 my energy is shifting
And I can’t wait to see what kind of ✨magic✨ comes out of it!
