A little self-care, a little love, and a whole lot of intention. 💕✨

Our studio giveaway winner deserved a little something special, so I put together a self-care gift bag to go along with her massage. 🎁💆🏽‍♀️

Congratulations again, Mama! 🫶🏽 I hope you enjoyed every little bit of it. 💕

Thank you for supporting Massage by Lisa Lacy! ✨

You know the name, but now you get to know the therapist behind it. 🤍

I’ve shared a lot about my business and my massage space, but I haven’t shared much about me.

So here’s a little glimpse into who I am, why I became a massage therapist, and a few of the things I love outside of work. 🤎

My journey is a big part of why creating a space where people feel comfortable, cared for, and relaxed means so much to me.

Now it’s your turn! Tell me something about yourself in the comments. I’d love to get to know you, too! ❤️

✨ I’d love to welcome you to my table. Use the link in my bio to view my availability and book.

I’ve been buying my own snacks this whole time for what? 😂😂

A little before & after of my massage space 🤎✨

It’s amazing how small changes can make such a big difference. I’m slowly creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and safe.

Still evolving, but I’m so proud of how far it’s come. 🤎
