Breaking Bread Bodyworks, LLC

Hey there ladies. Please check this post out if you have swelling or bloating in your lower limbs, arms, abdomen, face, etc.

As some of you know, I administer Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage. This is a special certification additional to my massage therapy license. The study, care and maintenance of Lymphedema itself is a highly specialized profession I plan to devote my required continuing education to. Here is a list of ways to assist in the prevention of maintenance of lymphedema.

If you feel like you need a boost for your lymphatic system to move stagnant fluid out of the body, MLD is a service I provide. A complimentary add on to this session is abdominal vacuum cupping where results are seen immediately. If you’d like to know more about what lymphedema is, you may send a message via messenger and I’ll be in touch asap.

Hello ladies. It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything but wanted to send a wave and let you know: I AM STILL HERE!!! Yes, ma’am’s. Let a girl know what you need. I’m here. 🙏👋🙏

❤️🙏I just would like to thank everyone of my clients. Your trust in me is something I will never take for granted and it is something I have much gratitude for. When I was in school for massage, I knew I was not a “hello-goodbye” type of therapist. So the spa setting would never ever have worked for me. I am grateful that I have wonderful people to work with each and every week. I thank God for you! I thank the Lord for his blessings that I get to know you and hold unconditional positive regard towards all of my clients. You ladies are the most amazing women I get to work with and hold precious space with! Thank you so much for allowing me to be your massage therapist. ❤️🙏

Breaking Bread Bodyworks, LLC was in the mountains this weekend. The air had a slight chill to it! I know it’s too early to be talking about the cool weather here in Lenoir, but wow was it refreshing to be up that way 🍁🍂🙏❤️😊☕️
