The inaugural Taste of the Town Community Walk & Run in Hopkinsville, KY was one for the books! 🎉

With 66 amazing participants showing up to walk, run, connect, and support a new community experience, we couldn’t have asked for a better beginning. This event was about more than miles — it was about community, collaboration, wellness, and creating experiences that bring people together.

A HUGE thank you to the multiple run clubs who came out and brought their energy, encouragement, and love for the running community. Your presence helped make the morning special! 🏃🏾‍♀️🔥

This event was made possible through the collaboration of The Surreal Experience, 31mitt , and Vansauwa's Tacos & Vegan Eats — three entities coming together with one goal: to create meaningful experiences for the community. 🤝🏾

The run kicks off at 8 a.m. on August 8 at the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library Greenway Trailhead, where it will also end. Check-in begins at 7 a.m. and those interested in participating in the run can pre-register or register at the run.
