Shear Affects Salon and Spa

Fall hair don't care 🍁🍂

One of my favorite things about being a hairstylist is the relationships we build behind the chair. 🤎

I love spending my days talking about life, laughing, sharing stories, and watching my guests grow through all the different seasons of their lives. Some of my guests have been sitting in my chair for almost 20 yeard and that kind of relationship is something I never take for granted.

But as much as I love being behind the chair, I’ve also found a new passion in teaching and helping otherd to succeed.

I want to help other beauty providers here in Lafayette learn how to grow their clientele, build a successful business, earn the income they want, and most importantly actually enjoy the career they worked so hard to build.

So, if I can share what I’ve learned and help others create the career and life they want, that’s pretty special to me.

Because being successful behind the chair isn’t just about doing great hair. It’s about building relationships, creating a life you love, and enjoying the journey along the way. ✨
