Some pups find it tricky to let go and relax, so it's OK to give them something to work on during a massage. JJ chewed on this dental treat for a while and then was able to stay settled and relax a little more easily even after he finished. Every dog is different, and I'll always work with them to find what works best. 🧡

Watch as Tubbs melts into his massage. 🧡 He and many other dogs love a good pectoral massage, as those muscles at the front of the chest are crucial for helping drive the forelimbs both forward and backward. Dogs with pain or weakness at the hind end shift more of their weight to the front limbs to compensate and greatly benefit from regular massage at the chest, as a result.
