Hello!

GAINSFIT Chicago was a success, but it’s not over yet.

I’ll be flying to Seattle-Tacoma, Washington in the morning. With that being said, here’s my schedule for the week:

Monday: Commit Masterclass with JC as her special guest at 6:45pm in Tacoma Center YMCA

Wednesday: Commit with Lakeesha as her special guest at 6:15pm in Pearl St YMCA.

Friyay: Afterdark Masterclass with Terra at 7pm in Crunch Fitness Tacoma.

Irvy has returned from his injury. I'm not 100% yet, so l still need to take it easy

This week's schedule:

Commit Thursday at 5:30pm in OLF Sandhill.
This Friday, I'll be outta town to Chicago, IL for GAINSFIT event. I'll be performing Sunday July 12th.

Next week, I'll be in Seattle-Tacoma, Washington from July 13th-July 18th. I'll be collaborating with on Monday, July 13th at 6:45 PM IN Tacoma Center YMCA. More to follow for the remaining of that week in Washington with other instructors.

Columbia!!! It’s Irvy’s Birthday Week!

Thursday(My actual birthday): Commit Thursday at 5:30pm in OLF Sandhill.

Fri-Yay: The main event! Columbia Dance Fitness Afterdark II: Irvy’s Birthday at 7pm in Baila Fusion Dance Fitness. Our special guest visiting from El Paso, Texas Samuel Medina. Wear neon colors🩷🩵🤍💛. Refreshments will be provided. Bring whistles & fans. Must pay $15 ($20 at the door) to attend.

Saturday: Commit Saturday at 11:10am in OLF Killian

Sunday: Commit Sunday at 2:30pm YMCA Ballentine followed by a Zumba Pool Party at 4pm

The only gift I’d love to receive is the attendance. Presents are optional. Irvy will be 29 years old🙏🏾
