👑Adriauna Davis is the Founder and Executive Director of The Harmonie Grace Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families navigating the challenges of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Her passion for advocacy was born from her own personal journey after the premature birth of her daughter, Harmonie Grace, who was born at just 23 weeks and 1 day, weighing only 15 ounces. Following a courageous seven-month NICU journey, Harmonie's life inspired Adriauna to transform unimaginable grief into a mission of hope, healing, and service for families facing similar circumstances.

Since founding the organization in 2019, Adriauna has led efforts to provide financial assistance, care packages, emotional support, bereavement resources, education, and advocacy to NICU families across the community. Under her leadership, The Harmonie Grace Foundation has built meaningful partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, and corporate partners to improve maternal and infant health outcomes while ensuring families never face their NICU journey alone.

A sought-after speaker and patient-family advocate, Adriauna uses her voice to raise awareness about prematurity, infant loss, maternal health, and health equity. She is also the author of Perfect Harmonie: My Journey As A Preemie Mom, sharing her family's story to inspire resilience and encourage others to find hope in difficult seasons. Adriauna holds bachelor's degrees from Miles College and a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Alabama A&M University. Through faith, compassion, and unwavering dedication, she continues to honor Harmonie Grace's legacy by empowering families, strengthening communities, and creating lasting change for future generations.
