Mindful Together
We facilitate this growth via workshops, and guided meditations.
In a world where women feel disconnected and unseen, we provide a sanctuary for those seeking deeper connection- with themselves, their energy, and the infinite possibilities around them.

Local people! Before everything starts back up⦠how about an hour for you?
The week before school starts has its own particular kind of chaos. Schedules are changing, lists are growing, everyone needs something, and somehow weāre already mentally three weeks ahead.
So on Monday, August 10th and 17th Iām offering my 1:1 Ground & Reset Sessions for $75 ā normally $90.
This is a quiet, one-hour, in-person session created for the woman whose nervous system feels a little too āon.ā Weāll slow things down with gentle grounding or meditation, Reiki, and plenty of space to simply settle and receive.
No fixing. No performing. No need to arrive calm or have anything figured out.
Just one hour where nobody needs anything from you.
Come overwhelmed. Come scattered. Come tired. Iāll meet you there.

If youāve been wanting to experience some of my work from home, Iām offering a virtual Full Moon guided meditation tomorrow evening at 7pm. Tickets are just $7.
Some of my virtual offerings are free or donation-based, while others, like this one, have a small fee. Those paid offerings help me continue creating free and reduced-cost opportunities for people who may not otherwise be able to participate.
One of my goals is to offer at least one free community spot each month in my in-person Yoga Nidra experiencesāand every paid registration helps me move toward that. š
So come get cozy, grab a blanket and some tea, and spend a little time under the Full Moon with me. š
Rest for yourself, while helping make rest a little more accessible for someone else.
Appointments 2 ā Mindful Together Book a SessionYou donāt need to prepare. You donāt need to know what to say. You donāt need to show up calm.You just need to arrive as you are.*** And if you donāt see a time that works for you, reach out- we can likely find something that fits both of our schedules***
Apparently sometimes you teach the lesson you need to hear yourself. š
Yesterday, I taught a class about receivingāhow difficult it can be for those of us who are used to caring for everyone else to actually allow ourselves to receive care, rest, help, and love.
Somewhere in the middle of teaching it, I had the very sophisticated realization of:
Oh. Duh. This applies to me too. š¤¦āāļø
So this week, Iām practicing. More rest. Time with people I love. A massage. Good food. Letting myself be cared for without immediately feeling the need to give something back.
We talk so much about not pouring from an empty cup, while somehow assuming our cup is the exception.
It isnāt.
Rest. Hydrate. Receive. Let people love you. And maybe donāt wait until the cup is bone dry to fill the thing.ā¤ļø
Just a little reminder that weāre one week away from our next Yoga Nidra experience.
On the 26th, weāll continue my series inspired by powerful female songwriters with the warmth and wisdom of Carole Kingāan afternoon to slow down, quiet the noise, and give your nervous system some much-needed space to rest. Held at Breathing Space in FV.
No yoga experience needed. No poses to master. Just come get comfortable, breathe, and let yourself be cared for for a little while. š

Today's New Moon has me thinking less about goals... and more about gentleness.
The New Moon in Cancer invites reflection, while Mercury retrograde has a funny way of asking us to slow down and revisit what we've been carrying.
Instead of making a long list of things to "fix," I'm asking myself:
* What feels safe?
* What no longer fits?
* What's one small intention I want to grow this season?
No big declarations today.
Just a journal, a cup of tea, a deep breath, and a little trust that small seeds have a way of becoming beautiful things.
How are you honoring today?
