We have openings Saturday and Sunday, so I'm putting together a Weekend Reset for whoever grabs them first:

60-minute float + 20-minute infrared sauna — $85 (normally $95)

Floating removes nearly all sensory input and gravity load, which research suggests supports a shift toward rest-and-digest nervous system activity. Following it with infrared heat supports circulation and muscle recovery. It's a good way to close out a long week.
