The importance of warming up….
See the examples of an older horse’s front legs before and after a massage session. Notice how the degree from the lower and upper leg decreases after warm up.
Tissues in the body are like a rubber band. If the rubber band is cold and you pull it, it’ll snap! If the band is warm, it’s more flexible. If the rubber band is too hot, it’ll also snap.
Warm up to prevent injury! Warm up to promote flexibility!

A massage session with Gambit isn’t just a massage.
Through different evaluations, a plan is made on what areas to focus on. All of the findings during the evaluations go on a chart. After the massage session, another evaluation takes place which checks for any remaining tension that we need to work on in the future. After that, a finished report will be sent to the owner.
