Looking back, I’m grateful for every era because each one helped shape the woman—and the brand—I am today.

Healthy hair is a year-round commitment. If you’re a long-term client, regular maintenance appointments are part of achieving healthy, consistent results. Taking the entire summer off and returning months later often means we’re starting over. To maintain my standards and provide the best outcomes, clients who repeatedly skip recommended maintenance appointments may need to rebook as new clients rather than continuing as routine maintenance clients.

Life changed fast, but the vision never did.
A lot has happened behind the scenes, and honestly, there was no graceful transition. The entire salon building abruptly shut down, leaving me with very little time to process what was happening, move my equipment, protect my business, and figure out what came next. My time, money, plans, and belongings were all affected, and I had to secure a U-Haul, clear out my space, move everything into storage, and start rebuilding almost immediately.
Even though the location changed, Pure ICEE Beauty never stopped. I’m still accepting select appointments while I work toward creating a new space that feels more secure, intentional, and aligned with where I’m going next.
This episode is a real look at what was happening behind the polished pictures. Rebuilding does not mean starting over—it means refusing to let an unexpected ending become the end of your story.
Thank you to every client, friend, and supporter who has continued to check on me, book with me, shop with me, and encourage me through this transition. I truly appreciate you.

A healthy scalp is the foundation of healthy hair ✨ I finally experienced a full head-spa treatment with a scalp analysis, sea-salt scrub, steam, massage, cleansing, and conditioning. My scalp felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and balanced afterward—and the entire experience was so relaxing. Definitely adding this to my regular hair-care routine. 💆🏽♀️
