Did you know? A warm chamomile tea compress helps calm tired, irritated eyes.
Simply brew the tea, let it cool until it’s comfortably warm (not hot 🥵), soak a clean cloth or cotton pad, & place it over your eyes for 5–10 minutes.

🌿 You can also enjoy a gentle facial steam by adding freshly brewed chamomile tea to a bowl, having a towel over your head, & allowing the warm steam to surround your face for about 5–10 minutes. It can feel relaxing & helps soften the skin.
