The Patch Method did not begin with a plan to build a huge brand. It started with a simple problem. I needed a better option for the women I was already working with. I wanted something that could support nutrient delivery without asking them to swallow even more pills.
So I started researching formulators, transdermal manufacturers, and the differences between the options that were available. I learned by doing, refined as I went, and created something designed to help my clients, my family, and my daughters.

Taking more supplements is not always the same as giving your body more support.
I kept seeing women spend a mortgage payment on supplements while their scans still showed deficiencies. They were taking the vitamins,
antioxidants, minerals, and fatty acids, but their bodies were not necessarily using them.
That pattern made me pause and ask a different question. What if the problem was not the amount? What if the problem was absorption?

There was a moment when I felt like life had given me more trials than I could understand.
After receiving a stage four melanoma diagnosis, I remember sitting in my living room asking why I had to go through one more thing. What came through so clearly was the realization that I still had work to do and I was not fully showing up for it yet.
That moment became a turning point. It pushed me to move through the fear of being seen, stop hiding behind perfection, and commit to the work I knew I was here to do.
Learn more about the moment that changed how I approached my health, purpose, and life.

I did not build my practice overnight. It grew one woman at a time.
When I started, there were already so many people doing similar work. My mind tried to convince me the space was too crowded and that there was no reason for me to do it too.
But I knew there were women who needed to work with me specifically. So I focused on serving one woman well. She shared her experience with her sister, her mom, and her friends, and that trust slowly created the foundation for everything that followed.

Everything can look “normal” on paper while you still know something is wrong.
For years, I lived with chronic gut inflammation, constipation, hormone imbalance, low energy, and the feeling that I was simply going through the motions. I kept going to doctors, getting lab work done, and hearing that everything looked fine, even though I did not feel fine.
That experience taught me how important it is to keep asking questions when your body is clearly trying to tell you something.

There was a season when everything felt toxic to me.
The water. The air. The products in my home. It seemed like there was no perfect choice, and the search for wellness started creating scarcity and contraction in my body.
Our brains do not separate fear into categories. Whether the threat is a lion or a lotion we are afraid to use, the nervous system still receives the message that something is wrong.
Learn how to make healthier choices without asking your body to live in constant fear.

You can eat organic food, use clean products, and follow every wellness recommendation, but still feel like your body is not moving toward
healing.
For The Clarita Escalante, the hardest part was not changing her food or replacing products. It was learning how to quiet the anxiety that returned every time she went back for another medical exam.
Her body was showing her that healing could not be separated from peace.
Learn why supporting your thoughts, beliefs, and nervous system can be just as important as supporting your physical body.

When The Clarita Escalante heard the words “You have breast cancer,” her first response was not what anyone expected.
She told her oncologist she needed to return to work and would get back to him in six months. It was not because the diagnosis did not
matter. Her mind had gone into shock, and the reality of what was happening had not fully landed yet.
That moment became the beginning of a much larger transformation in how she understood food, skincare, mindset, and her own body.
Hear the story that changed the direction of Clarita’s life and work.

Clean living can become overwhelming when every product, ingredient, and everyday exposure starts to feel like a threat.
But the goal is not to remove every possible toxin or live in fear. It is to become more aware, make empowered choices, and reduce the
exposures you can control.
As The Clarita Escalante says, “It is not about perfection. It is about reduction.” Healthier choices can come from empowerment instead of
fear.

A thought can feel completely true and still not be a fact.
For years, I treated every thought and feeling as proof. If I thought it, I believed it had to be true. Learning to separate a circumstance from the story I was creating around it gave me a new way to respond instead of reacting automatically.
A five-minute thought dump can make those patterns visible. Write everything down, then ask whether those thoughts support the woman, mom, friend, or business owner you want to become.
Learn more about using a thought audit to interrupt old patterns and take your power back.
