The kids are back at school… which means it’s officially your turn, Mom. 😉💆♀️
You packed the lunches.
Found the missing shoes.
Survived the morning rush.
And somehow got everyone out the door on time. 👏
Now take a little time for YOU. ❤️
That quiet house is calling… and so is that massage table. 😉
Whether you’re carrying tension from the chaos of summer or simply need an hour to relax and reset, you deserve it.
📅 School is back in session. Time to book your massage. 💆♀️✨
Think your massage therapist doesn’t notice? 👀
We notice the little things because they can tell us **where your body is holding tension and what areas may need extra attention.**
Your posture, breathing, muscle tension, and even the way one side moves differently from the other can all give us helpful clues.
So when your therapist says, “I can feel that you carry your stress here…”
Yeah. We probably can. 🫶
Nope... not talking about my paycheck. 😂
I’m talking about the little things that make a big difference:
🪷 Better sleep.
🪷 Less tension.
🪷 More peace.
🪷 A nervous system that finally gets to exhale.
That’s the kind of “making it” I care about. 🤍
If your body has been asking for a reset, I’d love to help.

If you’ve been stretching your neck and shoulders but they still feel tight, you’re not imagining it.
Sometimes the muscles need more than a stretch.
When tissue becomes restricted or overworked, techniques like soft tissue scraping (IASTM)** can help improve tissue mobility, increase circulation, and reduce those stubborn areas of tension that stretching alone can’t always reach.
These tools aren’t about “scraping away knots.” They’re used with purpose to help restore healthy movement so your body can move and feel better.
If your shoulders constantly feel like they’re carrying the weight of the world, it may be time to try a different approach.
✨ Your body shouldn’t have to fight through every movement.
📅 Ready to feel the difference? Schedule your massage and let’s find the treatment that’s right for you.

There’s a very specific moment when you realize your body has been trying to get your attention for a while… 😅
Not the dramatic injury.
Not the workout soreness.
Just the random everyday things that suddenly become way harder than they should be.
And somehow we all convince ourselves it’s “normal.”
Be honest: Is this you??

There’s no greater compliment than hearing a client say their body knows when it’s time to come back. 💛
Massage isn’t just about taking an hour to relax, it’s about helping your body move better, feel better, and recover from the stress of everyday life.
Thank you, Stacey, for your thoughtful words. It means so much to be trusted as part of your wellness journey.
If your body has been whispering (or shouting) that it’s overdue for some care, consider this your sign to listen. ✨

July is Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month, and this cause is deeply personal to me. 💛
My daughter, Emery, lives with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). Despite its name, Juvenile Arthritis isn’t just “growing pains.” It’s a pediatric rheumatic disease that causes a child’s immune system to mistakenly attack healthy joints, leading to pain, swelling, stiffness, and fatigue. For many children, it’s an invisible battle they face every single day.
As both a mom and a clinical massage therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to support the body in every way we can.
While massage isn’t a cure for Juvenile Arthritis, it may help:
✨ Reduce muscle tension caused by protecting painful joints
✨ Improve circulation
✨ Promote relaxation and better sleep
✨ Decrease stress, which can often make pain feel more intense
✨ Support overall comfort and quality of life
Every person’s experience with arthritis is different, and massage should always be tailored to their unique needs and done in coordination with their healthcare team.
This month, I’m honoring every child and family navigating juvenile arthritis, including my sweet Emery. Your strength inspires me every day. 💛
