Something about Moses has been sitting with me. ππΎ
He was not in a special prayer retreat when the burning bush appeared.
He was doing his ordinary job.
Tending sheep in the same desert he had walked for forty years.
The extraordinary broke into the ordinary.
And if he had not been present for the ordinary,
doing the regular, unglamorous, Tuesday-of-his-life work.
He would have missed it entirely.
I think about this when I am tempted to wait for the perfect circumstances to show up.
The big conference.
The right launch season.
The moment when everything is ready.
But the burning bush does not care about your timing.
It appears in the ordinary.
Show up for your ordinary.
That is where the encounter happens.
Have you felt this? ππΎ ππΎ

Hollywood knows something a lot of women forget. π¬
Sometimes the sequel is bigger than the original.
The first movie introduces the character.
Shows you where she came from.
Lets you watch her learn the hard lessons.
But the second one?
That is where she walks in already knowing who she is.
Some of you are treating your second act like a consolation prize.
Like the good part already happened and this is just the extended credits.
It is not.
Your first act was the setup.
The years of learning, leading, surviving, serving.
Your second act was always the story.
What would you title your second act? ππΎ

Let me paint a picture. ππΎ
You are at dinner with family or friends.
Someone brings up a problem, a business question, a life decision, a challenge they cannot seem to solve.
And you do what you always do.
You answer it.
Completely. Clearly. With the kind of wisdom that takes somebody else hours of research to produce.
And they look at you and say: "You should charge for this."
And you laugh it off.
You have been laughing it off for years.
While someone else- someone with less experience, less wisdom, and less depth than you- has packaged that exact expertise and is selling it for $2,000.
The dinner table expertise is real.
It just needs a container.
Tell me if this is you ππΎ

Esther 4:14.
"For such a time as this."
Not such a time as twenty years ago.
Not such a time as a better season.
Not such a time as when you finally have it all figured out.
This time.
This generation.
This exact season, with all its complexity, its noise, its unprecedented access to platforms that did not exist a decade ago.
You were not placed here by accident.
You were positioned here with intention.
With your specific story.
Your specific gifts.
Your specific wisdom that this specific moment in history is asking for.
The question is not whether you belong here.
The question is whether you are building like you believe you do.
Have you felt this? ππΎ ππΎ

There is something about October that resets my spirit every year. π
Fall is the only season that teaches you to let go beautifully.
The trees do not resist it.
They do not hold their leaves past their season out of loyalty.
They release, with color, with grace, with something that looks almost like celebration.
And what is left after the release?
Room for what is next.
I have been thinking about what I am releasing this fall.
Old narratives about how long things should take.
The parts of my identity from last season that do not fit the assignment of this one.
The version of success I borrowed from someone else that was never actually mine.
What are you releasing this fall? π ππΎ

Let me describe your business plan.
It is in your Notes app.
Between the grocery list and the screenshot of someone's caption you were going to use for inspiration.
Below the quote you saved at 11 pm that really moved you.
Above the bullet points you typed in the car line that were actually brilliant.
You have been building a business, in your head, in your notes, in your half-finished drafts, for longer than you want to admit.
And the gap between all of that and something someone can actually pay you for is not talent.
It is not discipline.
It is a structure.
A place for the ideas to land that turns them into something coherent, communicable, and buyable.
That is the work.
And it is closer than it looks.
Tell me if this is you ππΎ

October 1st. ππΎ
Not the month you figure it out.
The month you decide to finish strong.
No new plan.
New commitment to the one you have.
The women who end the year having built something real decided in October and held it.
What is the decision you are making today? ππΎ

Last day of September. ππΎ
The thing that guides everything:
"David served God's purpose in his generation."
Not to build the biggest brand.
Not the most followers.
To serve God's purpose.
In my generation.
With everything He placed in me for this time.
What would it mean for you to serve your generation, with everything you carry?
Here is to October. ππΎ

I want to say something that might rearrange some things.
A beautiful rebrand on top of an unclear message is a fresh blowout while the house is on fire.
It looks incredible.
It smells amazing.
And the house is still on fire.
Here is what I see women do:
They feel stuck, so they get new photos.
They feel invisible, so they redesign the logo.
They feel unclear, so they change the colors.
And none of it helps.
Because the confusion is not the aesthetic.
The confusion is in the message.
You cannot design your way to clarity.
You have to build it from the woman, from the offer, from the precise articulation of who you serve and how.
Then the photos and the logo and the colors mean something.
Are you redesigning when you should be clarifying? ππΎ

Five weeks until Q4 is fully in motion. ππΎ
Let me tell you something about the women who finish the year strong:
They did not get serious in October.
They got serious in September.
They planted in September:
A clearer message.
A refined offer.
A piece of content that started a real conversation.
A relationship that will turn into a client before December.
Because you cannot harvest in Q4 what you did not plant in September.
This week matters more than it looks.
What are you planting this week? ππΎ
