I love being a PACE trainer and all the opportunities it brings me! I was asked to help with a cadaver lab today in Bentonville, and was privileged to learn from Dr Rivkin! I stepped WELL outside my comfort zone this week and gave a presentation about Menopause to other health care professionals. This was my first public speaking event, other than small presentations we’ve done at the clinic. I was nervous for DAYS before this speech 🤣 I have a huge passion for women’s health, and every patient who tells me they have been shamed from hormones or they’re symptoms have been ignored, fuels it a little more. I’m grateful for opening a business with Julie, who has the same passions as me, and who has the most “let’s do it” energy, which I LOVE! We are so grateful for these opportunities and what it means for women in our area! 💕

We were honored to present “Modern Menopause” at the Senior Care Alliance! Jamie and I shared evidence-based information about menopause care, and Jennifer courageously shared her own personal journey.

We are so thankful to the Senior Care Alliance for including us and giving us the opportunity to start this important conversation. If we helped even one woman feel more informed, ask more questions, or advocate for the care she deserves, then our time together was truly worthwhile. ❤️
