What is tamanu? 🌿

This deep green oil comes from the kernels of the tamanu fruit and has a long history of traditional use in skin care.

For this bar, I pair tamanu oil with activated charcoal and tea tree essential oil to create a rich, cleansing soap with the conditioning qualities tamanu brings to the formula.

A little tradition. A little botany. And a very dark bar of soap. 🖤
