Light the candle, let it melt into a warm, nourishing massage oil… then finish with the cooling, soothing comfort of Chocolate Mint. It’s one of my favorite little rituals — simple, cozy, and so relaxing. 😌✨

Coffee is my friend!

✨ Hi, I’m Jeani 💚

I share heart-led wellness through the power of topical magnesium — supporting sore muscles, better rest, and everyday balance.

What began as my own search for relief from leg cramps and everyday aches turned into a passion for helping others discover simple, gentle self-care that fits real life.

I believe self-care doesn’t have to be complicated — just consistent, supportive, and doable.

I’m so glad you’re here 💚
Thanks for being part of this journey.
