Does anyone else feel like their brain has 47 tabs open...and at least 12 of them are frozen? 😂
Between schedules, appointments, work, family, groceries, texts I forgot to answer, and the 900 little things I'm trying not to forget, sometimes it's the MENTAL load that's exhausting.
I've finally realized I don't need to get everything done today.
I need to figure out what actually matters TODAY—and give myself permission to let the rest wait. ❤️
These are a few little things that help me when my brain starts feeling overloaded.
💾 Save this for your next “I can't keep up with everything” day, and send it to a friend whose brain has 47 tabs open too. 😂

Sunday check-in. ☕❤️
Summer is winding down, school is back, schedules are filling up again... and somehow Mom is expected to remember ALL of it. 😂
So before we start another busy week, forget the calendar, laundry, practices, appointments and what everyone else needs for a minute.
What do YOU need right now?
😴 More sleep? ☕ A quiet morning? 💕 Time with friends? 📺 A night on the couch with absolutely nowhere to be? 🙋‍♀️ Or just one day where nobody asks you a question? 😂
I'm pretty sure that last one sounds amazing.
What's yours? 👇❤️

Motherhood changes as they grow. The loving them part never does. ❤️
Save this for one of those mom days—or send it to a fellow teen mom who gets it.

The other day while driving, I couldn’t think of the word “rain.” 🌧️

So naturally, I said, “water falling from the sky.” 😂

I’ve thought about it every single day since.

Apparently, this is where we are now. 🤦‍♀️😂

Parenting a teenager is such a strange mix of holding on and letting go. ❤️
One minute they need you for EVERYTHING, and the next they're completely independent... until they need money, food or a ride somewhere. 😂
I'm learning that I don't have to fix everything. Sometimes listening, showing up and keeping the door open for conversation are the most important things I can do.
And I'm definitely still figuring it out as I go.
💛 Save this for one of those parenting days—and send it to a fellow teen mom who gets it.
What's something you've learned from raising a teenager?

MySpace is coming back and everyone’s worried about remembering their password…

Meanwhile I’m crying because WHO AM I PUTTING IN MY TOP 8?! 😭😂

Do I add my UPS driver?
The lady at Starbucks who knows my order?
Someone I talked to once in the Target checkout line?? 💀

Because apparently I need to start recruiting. 😂

Honestly… if you’re a brunch-loving, concert-going, meme-sending, low-maintenance kind of friend who understands we don’t have to talk every day to still be besties… 👋😂

I’m accepting applications. I have spots to fill. 😭😂

One of the best things about getting older?
I've stopped apologizing for choosing what brings me peace.
A quiet morning.
Coffee before the house wakes up.
Buying the gadget that actually makes my life easier.
Saying "no" without feeling guilty.
Midlife has taught me that protecting my peace isn't selfish—it's necessary.
So today I'm curious...
What's one thing you've stopped apologizing for? .

Midlife really is just a series of “Wait…is this normal?” moments. 😂
The hot flashes. The brain fog. Hurting yourself by SLEEPING. And searching for the glasses that are probably on your head. 🤦‍♀️
At this point, we might as well laugh our way through it together. 💕😂
Which one is the MOST accurate for you? 👇 And send this to the friend who will immediately understand. 😂
